Ian Shaw

Ian Shaw has extensive work experience in the multimedia and audiovisual industry. Ian is currently working as a Multimedia Innovation Program Manager at A-V Services, Inc. for JP Morgan Chase. Prior to this, they were the Director of Project Management - West at Electrosonic from 2017 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2017, Ian worked at JPMorgan Chase as the Vice President of Multimedia Service Management and Risk Controls. In this role, they managed the global risk and compensating control profile for various multimedia service offerings, including telepresence, audiovisual, digital signage, IPTV, video streaming, audio conferencing, and events. Ian also provided material support to a high visibility transformation initiative through the delivery of actionable insights using data analytics. Additionally, they developed and maintained service strategy maps.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Ian worked at AVI-SPL as a Multimedia Operations Manager in 2011 and at IVCi as a Field Service Manager from 2006 to 2010.

Ian Shaw earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Technology from SAE Expression College, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundations certification from ITIL Certified in June 2015.
