Movell is also a Co-Founder of AVA Analytics and serves on the DIAL Global Steering Council, advocating for open and inclusive societal frameworks. As Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Executive Science, Movell emphasizes evidence-based solutions for enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Interim Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Unity Technologies and Technical Specialist at the Financial Conduct Authority, where strategic direction for diversity initiatives was provided. Movell's background includes project management in Diversity and Inclusion at HMRC and a track record in community engagement through Business in the Community, enhancing sustainable partnerships focused on social regeneration. Movell holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Westminster.
