Brian Hamm

Brian Hamm is a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management at Avaap, where they advise clients on navigating change through high-impact solutions. Previously, they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Retention and Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Lander University, focusing on enhancing student success and managing interdisciplinary programs. Brian served as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, including Arizona State University and Lenoir-Rhyne University, where they taught First Year Experience courses. They hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Lenoir-Rhyne University, alongside two Master’s degrees from North Carolina State University in Higher Education Administration and Science Education.
