Danny Shah

Danny Shah has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Danny currently holds the position of Vice President of Accounting at Avaap since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sandy Alexander as the VP/Corporate Controller from January 2019 to August 2020 and as the Corporate Financial Controller from January 2016 to January 2019. Danny also served as the Corporate Controller at a healthcare company from November 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Accounting Manager at Clear Channel Media and Entertainment from March 2011 to November 2014 and at Thumbplay (Clear Channel Radio) from December 2009 to March 2011. Danny started their career as a Finance Manager at enherent Corp from April 2005 to December 2009 and as a Senior Accountant at Outsource Partners International from 2001 to 2005. Throughout their career, Danny has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

Danny Shah obtained their CPA Certification in Accounting and Finance in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from HR College of commerce in Mumbai, India from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the certification of "Trusted Change Sponsor" from Avaap in 2023.
