With a focus on implementing Workday and fostering change across diverse industries, Spence has held various roles from Senior Graphic Designer to Workday Organizational Change Management Practice Director at Avaap. They have demonstrated a strong aptitude for leading change initiatives, delivering innovative training solutions, and enhancing communication strategies throughout their career. Spence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and is certified in Prosci® and Workday HCM/Student.
