Thomas Kirby is a Solution Architect for the Workday Practice at Avaap, where they also previously held the role of Principal HCM Consultant. With extensive experience in human resources, Thomas has worked as a Senior HCM Consultant, HCM Consultant, and Human Resources Coordinator for various organizations including Collaborative Solutions, LLC and the Washington Nationals. Their career began as a Recruiting Intern at Cvent, later transitioning to positions like Human Resources Assistant at Results for Development and Corporate Recruiter at Intrado. Thomas is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at American University while studying at UNSW.
