Mark Devlin

Mark Devlin is currently the Senior Director of Tax at Avadel Pharmaceuticals PLC, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Mark served in various tax roles at Horizon from 2018 to 2020, as well as held the title of Director of Tax at Amgen from 2023 to 2025. Mark's career began at KPMG Ireland, where they trained as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant from 2011 to 2015. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business and Law with 1st Class Honours from University College Dublin and has also completed advanced taxation studies at the Irish Tax Institute.
