Amy Caton

Amy Caton is a Senior Programme Manager for Social Impact at BT, where they lead initiatives aimed at enhancing digital skills and career opportunities for young and digitally excluded individuals. With a background in HR and programme management, they have driven significant social impact through various roles, including managing the Work Ready programme and contributing to the FastFutures initiative at Avado. Amy began their career with HR assignments in the UK and went on to lead transformation efforts for BT in the Americas. They are also a Non-Executive Director at Youth Employment UK and actively mentor young adults in the community. Amy holds a First Class Honours Degree in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh.
