Lisa Stevens

Lisa Stevens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in learning delivery and human resources. Currently serving as the Learning Delivery Director at Avado since July 2014, Lisa has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Professional Qualifications and Head Of Learning Quality. Responsibilities include managing tutor and student support and ensuring efficient operations for Level 3 and Level 5 programs. Previous experience includes lecturing on CIPD Foundation in HR Practice at Stephenson College and roles in customer service management and network planning at bmibaby and British Midland International.
