Will Rouse has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Will began their career at Deeter Investments as an Asset Manager in 2013. In 2016, they became an Independent Consultant, providing consulting services for companies based in Austin, TX and Lexington, KY. Will'sfocus was on go-to-market strategies, sales and marketing tactics, and operations for small businesses in software, media, and consumer packaged goods. In 2017, they took on the role of Account Manager at PhishingBox. In 2018, they joined AVAIL as a Sales Director and Enterprise Account Executive.

Will Rouse has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from St.Edward's University, where they studied Digital Media Management. Will also holds a B.A. in News top from Centre College, where they studied Sociology and Anthropology.
