Karn Sood

Karn Sood has worked in various companies, starting as an intern at Merrill Lynch in 2009. Karn then worked as a Letter of Credit Professional at RHDC International before joining Citigroup as a Commodity Specialist in 2010. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Shell in various roles, including Power Analyst, Business Development Analyst, and Business Development for New Energies. In 2020, they became the Head of Finance and Analytics at Available Power. In 2021, Karn worked as a Climate Tech Fellow at On Deck.

Karn Sood obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from Houston Baptist University. Karn then pursued their Master's degree in Finance at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. Prior to their Master's program, Karn studied at Houston Baptist University's College of Business and Economics for two years, though it is not clear if they obtained a degree during that time. In addition, Karn completed the Consensys Academy Blockchain Developer Program in 2018.
