Josh Crespi

Josh Crespi is a seasoned professional in product ownership and instructional design, currently serving as Senior Product Owner for User Management at Availity since November 2018. With a robust background at IBM from 2013 to 2018, Josh has contributed to the development of training solutions and the management of instructional design teams. Prior roles include project management and instructional design for various organizations, where Josh focused on creating engaging training materials, conducting needs assessments, and enhancing team collaboration. Josh holds a Master's in Instructional Systems and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Florida State University, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of North Florida.
