Kalippe Walker

Kalippe Walker is a Software Engineer IV and Tech Lead at Availity since April 2022, specializing in full-stack development, software migrations, and AWS implementations. Notable achievements include leading the development of an application that efficiently reduced inbound support call volume and modernizing a legacy application from AngularJS to React with successful deployment on OpenShift. Previously, Kalippe held various roles at CSX Technology from July 2015 to April 2022, contributing to Java/JEE applications and Agile software delivery, while also enhancing legacy systems. Prior experience includes positions at CDI Corporation and KEYW Corporation where Kalippe developed web applications and conducted risk assessments for turbine engines. Kalippe is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds degrees from Valencia College and the University of Central Florida in Computer Programming and Aerospace Engineering, respectively.
