Marty Simon

Marty Simon is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training program design and facilitation. Currently serving as a Learning Content Developer & Facilitator III at Availity since September 2018, Marty has previously held key training and development roles at several organizations, including Verizon as a Specialist in Training and Development and HCMS Group as the Learning Center Director. A notable career includes significant responsibilities at Ceridian, where Marty managed training initiatives for a large military contract, and a role at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group overseeing training across multiple locations. Marty Simon holds a Master’s degree in Training & Development from the University of South Florida College of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from Central Connecticut State University.
