Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and healthcare technology. Currently serving as the Senior Clinical Product Owner at Availity since August 2023, Michael has also held multiple roles at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) from 2013 to 2023, including Senior Product Marketing Manager and Health Information Exchange Implementation Analyst. In addition to technical expertise in HL7 support, interoperability, and electronic health records, Michael has been the Board Chair of the Standing in the Gap Foundation since 2012, focusing on strategic planning and oversight. Earlier in the career, Michael contributed as a Counseling and Special Education Administrator at Central Michigan University while also earning a degree from the institution.
