Moises Dobarganes has a diverse range of work experience. Moises currently serves as a Software Engineer IV - Tech Lead at Availity since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Florida Blue as a Lead UI Developer from September 2018 to November 2019. During their tenure at Florida Blue, they designed and implemented user interfaces for applications using React, HTML5, CSS3, and Node. Moises also led projects involving rapid prototyping and creating reusable components.
Before joining Florida Blue, Moises worked at Lambda School as a Software Engineer and Section Lead from April 2018 to September 2018. In this role, they engineered applications using React, Redux, Node, Express, MongoDB, HTML, CSS3, and Bcrypt. Moises also developed application modules following client specifications and utilized RESTful APIs for frontend and backend architecture.
Prior to Lambda School, Moises co-founded Dobar Medical in 2016, where they served as a Web Developer. At Dobar Medical, they engineered patient chronic care coordination software using JavaScript, Node, ReactJS, MongoDB, HTML5, and CSS3. Moises also designed a responsive and intuitive new interface for medical documentation, leading to increased efficiency in electronic health care records and improved time spent with patients.
Moises Dobarganes started their career at JF&V LLC, where they co-founded the company and worked as an Operations Manager from December 2007 to January 2016.
Moises Dobarganes attended Full Sail University from 2003 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Animation. In 2017, they studied Full Stack Web Development at BloomTech.
