Nathan Von Colditz

Nathan Von Colditz is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Availity. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Expert (Associate Partner) at McKinsey & Company from January 2020 to January 2022. There, they served as the core payer platform architect focused on client service. Nathan was also the technology lead for payer and health technology firms modernizing systems, with a cloud-first approach and optimization.

From July 2015 to December 2019, Nathan served as Director at Strategy&. Before that, they were Principal Solutions Architect at TriZetto, A Cognizant Company from October 2004 to February 2015. At TriZetto, they were responsible for all solution architecture for all hosted customers. Nathan also worked with the technical teams and business to design the optimal solutions for each customer, ensuring that they were implemented correctly and to specification. In addition, they drove decisions to move the enterprise architecture forward, adopting new technologies and retiring old ones.

Due to the specialties of their team, Nathan was also tasked with major projects such as datacenter and application consolidation. During an 18-month period, they closed two major datacenters and relocated the full legacy datacenter of the corporation on time for the building closure. One of their largest focuses was technology rationalization, where they shrunk the enterprise footprint. At one point, they removed 20% of servers in the enterprise that were duplicative or unneeded.

Nathan Von Colditz's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Nathan'story from the University of Oregon, a Diploma in General Education from Lake Oswego High School, and certifications from PADI in Divemaster (DM) and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Digital Acumen.
