Scott Herbst

Scott Herbst is currently the SVP & GM of Provider Solutions at Availity. Scott has previously held the position of SVP & General Counsel at RealMed Corporation from April 2000 to December 2011. Scott was also a member of Executive Leadership Team from the earliest start-up stages in 1999 through the sale to Availity in August 2010. As Chief Legal Officer, they had significant business leadership positions including Interim CEO, Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Security Officer, and Privacy Officer. Scott oversaw legal, compliance, HR, business development, vendor management, national sales team, and service team. From December 1996 to April 2000, they were the Assistant Vice President at both CIT Group and Newcourt Credit Group.
