Stuart Essig

Stuart Essig is a seasoned investment professional and corporate leader with extensive experience in both private investment and public company governance. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Prettybrook Partners LLC since October 2012, Stuart specializes in preserving capital and generating strong cash returns through long-term investments. As Chairman of the Board of Directors for Integra LifeSciences since 2024, Stuart previously held various executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2012. Additional board roles include Chairman of the Board for Mission Bio, Director at IDEXX Laboratories and Availity, Board Observer at Dynatronics, and Venture Partner at Wellington Partners. Stuart's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and MBA in Financial Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Princeton University.
