Terry Lou

Terry Lou has a strong background in Information Technology, with experience in both leadership and analytical roles. From 2014 to the present, Terry has been with Availity, starting as Assistant Director of Information Technology and then being promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2018. In these roles, Terry has provided leadership and guidance to staff, managed operational activities, and directed the provision of IT support and services. Prior to joining Availity, Terry worked at Supermicro from 2009 to 2014, starting as an Information Technology Analyst and then being promoted to Senior Information Technology Analyst. In these roles, Terry carried out high quality analysis, quality assured analysis, developed the analytical skills of team members, and trained and developed other team members.

Terry Lou earned a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, completing the program from 2006 to 2009.
