Whitney Knapp

Whitney Knapp, MBA, is currently the Associate Principal of Strategic Account Services at Availity, a position they began in 2025. Previously, Whitney held various roles at Premera Blue Cross, including Senior Provider Experience Strategist, where they effectively managed major initiatives to enhance provider experience and increased survey engagement significantly. Whitney has a strong background in the healthcare and insurance industry, with expertise in contract management and provider network relations across multiple specialties. They hold an MBA with a minor in Executive Leadership from Whitworth University, as well as an Associate's degree in Communication from Spokane Community College.
