Reggie Panis

Reggie Panis has a long and varied work history, beginning with the US Army in 1990 as a Man Portable Air Defense Crewmember. In 1996, they worked as a Web Marketing Communications Designer and a Marketing Graphic Designer for the Web Unit at Harte-Hanks, Inc. In 2003, they were an Advertising and Marketing Consultant for PennySaverUSA.com / Harte-Hanks Shoppers. From 2004 to 2012, Reggie worked at Harte Hanks, first as a Regional Sales Manager (LA/OC Markets) and then as an Art Department Operations Manager. In 2012, they took on the role of Division Manager at The Creative Group, and in 2013 they were a Senior Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders. From 2019 to 2021, Reggie was a Principal Recruiter at Jobot, and since 2021 they have been a Staff Recruiting Lead and Senior Recruiter for both Ava Labs and Avalanche.

Reggie Panis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. Reggie also holds a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification obtained in November 2013.
