Travis Wilson

Travis Wilson has been in the recruitment field since 2013, when they began working as a Caregiver to a family member. In 2010, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President, where they collaborated on a net $35 billion repo book responsible for the funding of U.S. Treasury securities. Travis then worked at MKP Capital Management, L.L.C. from 1998 to 2017 in several roles, including Portfolio Manager and Head of Finance Desk, Portfolio Analyst, and Portfolio Operations Associate. In 2017, they joined International Market Recruiters as an Account Executive - VP, and in 2018 they moved to Mission Staffing as an Account Executive - VP. In 2019, they joined Smith Arnold Partners as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter. In 2021, they began working at Avalanche as a Recruiting Team Lead, and they are currently in the same role at Ava Labs.

Travis Wilson attended the University of Connecticut from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
