Brian Austin

Brian Austin has extensive experience in public relations and industry relations, currently serving as Director of Accountant & Industry Relations, Director of Public Relations, and Director of Industry Relations at Avalara since September 2011. Prior roles include Director of Public Relations at SpeedTax, Inc., where participation in senior management led to the company's acquisition by CCH, and Principal at Austin Markets, a PR agency for technology clients. Previous experience encompasses public relations positions at Sage Software, Softline, CA Technologies, and SBT Accounting Systems, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced brand awareness and media presence.
