Joe Kuo is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Avalara, where they have worked since 2015, contributing to the development of the TrustFile Online SaaS application and various other internal services. They designed and implemented a serverless API for two-factor authentication and played a key role in enhancing devops practices within the company. Prior to this, Joe co-founded screensmudge in 2009, where they developed several notable projects, including the popular mobile game CameraSharp, which garnered over a million downloads. Joe is pursuing a BSE degree at Duke University.
