Mike McKay is an experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager at Avalara since March 2019, with a robust background in program management acquired during a 23-year tenure at Microsoft. McKay held multiple senior program management roles, leading cross-platform eCommerce projects, enhancing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth within the Microsoft Digital Store.
