Pawan Rai

Pawan Rai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll operations and compliance management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Avalara since December 2021, Pawan leads efforts in delivering cloud-based compliance solutions. Pawan also holds the position of Club President at Avalara Pune Toastmasters Club, alongside a managerial role at Toastmasters International since January 2023. Prior experience includes a Deputy Manager position at ADP, where operational management in US Payroll was a focus, and an Assistant Manager role involving client orientation and quality standards at ADP PVT Ltd. Educational achievements include an MBA in Operation Management from the Institute of Management Technology, a Fundamentals of Payroll certification from the American Payroll Association, and a Bachelor in Science from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
