Rohit Parihar

Rohit Parihar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in People Technology and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Manager of People Technology Architecture and Release Management at Avalara since April 2016, Rohit leads a global team of Business Systems Analysts and Engineers, enhancing performance and delivering business value. Rohit has held various roles at Avalara, including Senior Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included owning enterprise applications and driving cost-saving initiatives, and Human Resources Lead, managing HR operations for over 1,300 employees in India. Rohit also co-founded and serves as Director of the Sanchi Integration Association, a non-profit organization focused on improving disadvantaged communities and environmental conservation. Rohit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IndSearch, Pune.
