Roxane N.

Roxane N. is an experienced Lead UX Researcher at Avalara since June 2019, specializing in user research and product discovery for new lines of business, particularly in international markets. Prior to this role, Roxane served as a Senior UX Researcher at Blink from April 2015 to June 2019, where foundational and evaluative research was conducted to inform product strategy and design. Roxane's background includes positions at Allovus Design Inc. on-site at Microsoft, where interaction design was shaped through user data gathering methods, and at Microsoft Server & Tools Business, where exploratory research was conducted for enterprise applications. Roxane's earlier experience includes work with Microsoft IT on HR-UX projects and a research assistant role at the University of Washington. Roxane holds an MS in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a BS in Psychology from the University of Idaho.
