Sagar Ram

Sagar Ram is an experienced sales and operations professional, currently serving as Sales Development Manager I in Inside Sales Management at Avalara since May 2024, where responsibilities include collaboration on outreach strategies and training development for the sales team. Prior to this, Sagar held the role of Associate Manager at Rayden Interactive from February 2023 to May 2024, focusing on team management and enhancing client satisfaction through upselling strategies. Sagar's extensive background includes over a decade at Tech Mahindra Business Services, progressing from a Senior Customer Service Executive to Operations Manager, leading large teams, managing sales processes, and driving customer service improvements. Earlier experience includes work at American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. as a Senior Customer Service Executive, handling collections and customer service in a regulated environment. Sagar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dr. C. V. Raman University and completed HSC in Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
