Toby Bargar is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in the field. Since June 2015, Toby has served as a Senior Tax Consultant in Communications at Avalara. Prior to this role, Toby was with EZtax, Inc. for over 13 years, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Tax Consultant, Corporate Counsel, and Tax Research Analyst. Toby holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Tax and Business Law from the University of Kansas School of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Institutions and Policy, with a focus on Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science from William Jewell College, completed in 1999.
