Kathy Moser

Kathy Moser is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently employed at Avalign Technologies as an Engineer since November 2022, Kathy has previously held positions including Senior Supplier Engineer at Multimatic Inc. from January 2017 to November 2022 and Quality Manager at Home Guard Industries from February 2008 to December 2015. Key skills include process improvement through lean manufacturing, development of work instructions, supplier development, cost savings initiatives, and scrap reduction. Prior experience also includes engineering roles focused on launching new products for major automotive manufacturers such as Toyota North America and Toyota Canada, as well as Ford and Honda, and owning C&W Manufacturing, which specialized in producing pet grooming equipment. Kathy holds a CQE in Process/Quality Engineering from Michigan State University.
