TJ Vanek has a diverse and extensive background in engineering and manufacturing industries, spanning over two decades. Currently working at Avalign Technologies as an Engineering Manager, TJ has held various titles such as Principal Engineer and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this, TJ gained experience at Troy Innovative Instruments as an Engineering Manager/Swiss CNC Applications Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer/Quality Engineer, and Swiss CNC Programmer/Setup. In the earlier years of TJ's career, there was a role as a Swiss CNC Setup/Operator at Rose Training Systems Inc and Machine Setup/Operator at TPI Manufacturing.
