With over 25 years in leadership roles across various sectors including Learning & Development, Sales, and Marketing, Donna excels at building and leading organizations in fast-paced environments. Currently, Donna serves as a Community Relations Executive at Vaco by Highspring and is actively involved with multiple advisory boards and nonprofit organizations. They have held significant positions including VP of Sales Strategy & Operations at Cisco and co-founder of the Triangle Chief HR Officer Association. Donna's education includes an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
