Benjamin Duvall began their career in the flooring industry in 1988 as a Manager at Airbase Carpet Mart. Benjamin then moved on to Dundore Flooring in 1999 as Store Manager. In 2001, they joined Empire Today as National Sales Trainer. After three years with Empire Today, Benjamin took a position with The Home Depot as Sales Flooring. In 2005, they began working for Raymour & Flanigan as Showroom Manager and remained with the company for eleven years. In 2016, Benjamin left Raymour & Flanigan to work for Natawill Nutrition as Customer Service Manager. Benjamin then took a job with Norman Carpet One Floor & Home in May of 2019 as Job Supervisor Project Manager. Most recently, in August of 2020, they became the Assistant Store Manager at Avalon Flooring.
