Michael Simel

Michael Simel has over a decade of experience in capital markets and finance, currently serving as Senior Vice President at AvalonBay Communities since 2010, where responsibilities have included Vice President and Senior Director Finance roles. Prior to AvalonBay, Michael worked as an Analyst at Horst Frisch Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Bates College.
