Iris Chillà

Iris Chillà is a Project Manager at Avaloq, where they focus on continuous improvement of banking back office processes and establish global governance for multiple projects. Prior to this role, Iris served as the Head of Training & Onsite Support Service at Avaloq Sourcing (Switzerland & Liechtenstein) Ltd, overseeing client education activities during software implementation. Iris began their career as an Account Manager at The Lawrence Life Assurance Company and later worked at Accenture as a Change Manager, specializing in Change Management and team coordination. They hold a Master’s Degree in Management of Technology & Entrepreneurship from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
