Marko Kivisto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and development. Currently a Partner at AVALT since September 2015, Kivisto also holds several board member positions at Dig Inn, Solmetex, LLC, and Bonded Filter Co., all since 2018, as well as a previous role on the Gymboree board from 2010 to 2017. Kivisto served as SVP of Corporate Development at C&S from August 2014 to August 2015 and was a Principal at Bain Capital from March 2007 to July 2014, following a managerial position at Bain from 1998 to 2007. Kivisto earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School between 2003 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University from 1994 to 1998.
