Ryan Gilmore currently serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Avalyn Pharma since January 2024. Ryan is also the President and Principal Consultant at RGxP Consulting, LLC, where expertise includes advising pharmaceutical manufacturers and auditing compliance with FDA regulations across various GxP industries. Previous roles include Vice President of Quality Assurance at Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. and Executive Director of R&D Quality at Taysha Gene Therapies, where Ryan led efforts to foster a culture of quality. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director at Istari Oncology. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research and Product Development with a focus on Regulatory Affairs and Compliance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Appalachian State University.
