Aiko Nomoto

Aiko Nomoto is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Consultant at Avanade, where they focus on recruiting activities and account management. Previously, Aiko worked as a Recruiter at both QuintilesIMS and Deloitte, leading full-cycle recruitment processes and maintaining relationships with hiring managers. Aiko started their career as an Associate at NGS Global, where they created talent pools and coordinated client-candidate interactions. Aiko is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy at Montclair State University and a Master's Degree in Music Therapy at Florida State University.
