Ajay Adikane

Ajay Adikane is an experienced Program Director at Avanade since November 2020, specializing in data analysis and customer relationship management. Previously, Ajay served as a Principal Consultant at Infosys, effectively leading the transition of managed services for a leading automobile company across 22 countries. As a Co-Founder of Inoventik Private Limited, Ajay focused on enhancing clients' data analytics capabilities. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Ajay held the position of Senior Vice President, where responsibilities included client satisfaction and team building. Ajay's career began at Unilever, where various roles contributed to business process transformation in the Asia, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe regions. Ajay holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a B'Tech from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
