Andrea Richardson

Andrea Richardson currently serves as the Director of Business HR for Canada at Avanade, a role held since September 2017, after leading human resources for the Global Digital Delivery Centre and various innovation and legal teams. Notably, Andrea was the Human Resource Post Merger Integration lead during Avanade's acquisition of Infusion, a technology consulting firm with 650 employees. Prior to Avanade, Andrea held the position of Director of Global Human Resources at Infusion Development from February 2006 to August 2017 and worked as an HR Advisor at HRG North America from May 2000 to January 2006. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Huron University, a Bachelor of Psychology from Western University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
