Anne Claveau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business applications and customer relationship management across various sectors. Currently, as Director and BizApps Lead for Eastern Canada at Avanade since March 2021, Anne is contributing to the growth of Dynamics 365 business applications. Previous roles include Group Manager for D365 Customer Engagement in Central Canada and Manager of CRM Business Analysis at Avanade, as well as President and Owner of Bagheera Consulting Inc., where expertise in customer success and business transformation was provided to a diverse clientele. With a strong background in consulting and strategic management, positions have also been held at ForwardVu Solutions, Daisy Intelligence Corporation, Rogers Inc., CGI, CIBC Amicus, and American Express Canada Inc. Education includes an MBA in Marketing & Accounting from the University of Alberta and a diploma in Computer Programming & Systems Analysis from The Institute for Computer Studies.
