With over 15 years of experience, Arze previously served as the Head of Data Architecture at Bank of Beirut, managing various roles including Data Warehouse Architect and Data Architecture Supervisor. Arze also held a managerial position in AI & Data consulting at Deloitte from 2022 to 2023. Arze earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.
