Camilla Masala is currently a Service Design Lead and User Researcher at Avanade, where they guide research and service design activities. With a background in diverse perspectives on Service Design, they have successfully managed complex projects focusing on economic and technological feasibility. Previously, Camilla founded Pupulito, a cloth diaper service, and received several awards for this initiative between 2012 and 2015. Camilla has also taught at IED - Istituto Europeo di Design since 2016, leading courses in Design Thinking and Service Design. They hold a Master's degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2006.
