Courtnye Dunn has a diverse background in product management and customer experience, holding various leadership roles across notable companies. Starting at Gap Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst, Courtnye transitioned to HUGE as a Senior Product Development Manager and later served as a Senior Product Analyst at InMarkit. At Elephant, Courtnye advanced to Group Director of Product Management before moving to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included Executive Director roles in Digital Lending for Wealth Management. Currently, Courtnye leads the Digital Experiences Practice for North America at Avanade, overseeing a large team and managing strategies across multiple pillars, including Digital Customer Experience and Workplace Experience, to drive innovation and transformation in digital products and services.
