Crystal Turner

Crystal Turner has over two decades of experience in recruitment and operations management, primarily within the IT and staffing sectors. Currently serving in Accenture/Avanade Vendor Account Management at Avanade since May 2010, Crystal focuses on leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive enterprise growth. Previous roles include Site Operations Director at Spherion, where management of Microsoft HR staffing vendor programs was paramount, and Recruiting and Outsourcing Director at Siemens Business Services, responsible for building high-performing recruiting teams for Microsoft’s Contingent Staffing Program. Early career experience includes operations management at SDC and PACE Staffing Network, where Crystal developed effective recruiting strategies and managed large teams. Education was completed at Boise State University.
