Daniela Fischer

Daniela Fischer serves as the Head of Human Resources at Avanade, where they lead the HR organization for over 7,000 employees across 16 European countries and the UAE. Since joining Avanade in 2012, Daniela has progressed from HR Specialist to HR Senior Director before assuming their current role in 2019. With a strong focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, Daniela is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and development. Daniela holds a degree from the University of Cologne, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. As a parent, Daniela values the flexibility of managing work hours and location, contributing to a fulfilling work-life balance.
