Daniela Gaeta

Daniela Gaeta has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles since 2006. Initially serving as an Administrative Assistant at Intec, Daniela progressed to a Bilingual Secretary position at Grupo Iguatemi - Market Place Tower and later became a Human Resources Specialist at Freeddom, where responsibilities included managing personnel administration and payroll. Daniela further advanced as a Human Resources Analyst at Mitsubishi Corporation, managing benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations, followed by a stint as a Human Resources Specialist at Swiss Re. In recent years, Daniela has held senior HR roles at Zalando and currently at Avanade, focusing on employee lifecycle support and HR services. Additionally, Daniela co-founded Janainas e.V, aimed at enhancing the integration of immigrants. Daniela is pursuing a degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy while holding a BBA and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
