Edward Taggart serves as the Ireland Advisory Lead for Avanade since October 2021, focusing on helping clients leverage digital and AI technologies. Previously, Edward held the position of Head of Health and Public Sector at Avanade, driving growth and delivery excellence within that industry. Prior to Avanade, Edward was the Chief Operating Officer at Codec Ireland, managing a team of 200 delivery and operations staff and overseeing performance for over 100 customers. Edward also worked at EY as a Director in Technology Consulting, where significant projects included technology transformation for major financial institutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager in Technology Delivery at Accenture, leading large-scale system integration projects across various sectors. Edward holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
